Integrated precast pumping stations are essential equipment for lifting wastewater, rainwater, and effluent.

The foundation of the prefabricated pump station is designed using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) finite element analysis, optimizing the bottom structure and addressing silt sedimentation issues, thereby resolving problems of malodorous gases and water pollution.

7. Tangle-Free High-Efficiency Sewage Discharge. The sewage pump is equipped with an automatic agitator, which, combined with the crushing grate, ensures tangle-free and clog-free operation, enhancing the pre-molded pump station's sewage sludge treatment capacity.

8. Unattended Operation. A fully intelligent control system allows for both on-site manual work and remote monitoring of pump station operations via mobile devices (phones), enabling real-time control of the pump station without the need for on-site personnel.
