Fiberglass Water Tank

The glass fiber reinforced plastic water tank is assembled from SMC tank panels. It features food-grade resin, ensuring good water quality, cleanliness, and no pollution. The product boasts high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, attractive appearance, long service life, and easy maintenance and management.

Installation Method:

Ensure a service aisle of not less than 800mm between the cabinet and the wall, with a clearance of not less than 500mm at the top and bottom of the cabinet.

2. Prioritize the construction of concrete strip foundations during civil engineering work.

3. Upon completion of assembly, the drain and vent pipes should be closed, the inlet pipe opened, and the tank filled with water. No leakage should be observed for 24 hours after filling to meet the quality standard.

4. Provide construction power and check for sealed water at the construction site.

Installation and Commissioning Precautions:

The water tank base can be made of concrete I-beams or steel. A ventilation air filter is installed diagonally on the tank top. The tank interior utilizes reinforcing bars. All pipe openings are fitted with 1.0MPa standard flanges.
