Glass-Fiber Reinforced Plastic (GFRP) Water Tanks Supply

The glass fiber reinforced plastic water tank is assembled from SMC tank panels. It features food-grade resin, ensuring good water quality, cleanliness, and no pollution; the product boasts high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, attractive appearance, long service life, and easy maintenance and management.

Installation Method:

1. Leave a maintenance passage of no less than 800mm between the cabinet and the wall during installation, with a clearance of no less than 500mm at the top and bottom of the cabinet.

2. Ensure the concrete strip foundation is properly prepared before civil construction.

3. After assembly, the drain and vent pipes should be closed, the inlet pipe opened, and the tank filled with water. No leakage for 24 hours after filling is considered合格.

4. Provide construction power and check for water tightness at the construction site.

Installation and Commissioning Precautions:

The water tank foundation can be constructed with concrete T-beams or I-beams. The tank's top diagonally features a ventilation air filtration device. Steel reinforcing bars are used inside the tank. All pipe flanges are of the 1.0MPa standard type.
