Custom fiberglass water tanks

The glass fiber reinforced plastic water tank is assembled from SMC tank panels. It features food-grade resin, ensuring good water quality, cleanliness, and no pollution. The product boasts high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, attractive appearance, long service life, and easy maintenance and management.

Installation Method:

1. Leave a maintenance channel of not less than 800mm between the cabinet and the wall during installation, with a clearance of not less than 500mm at the top and bottom of the cabinet.

2. Begin with the concrete strip foundation during civil construction.

3. Upon completion of assembly, the drain and vent pipes should be closed, the inlet pipe opened, and filled with water. No leakage should be observed for 24 hours after filling to be considered合格.

4. Provide construction power and check for sealed water at the construction site.

Installation and Commissioning Precautions:

The water tank foundation can be constructed using concrete I-beams or W-beams. A breathable air filter is installed diagonally at the top of the tank. Steel rebar is used inside the tank. Each pipe mouth flange is a 1.0 MPa standard flange.
