Vinyl Resin

Vinyl ester resins are a type of modified epoxy resin obtained by reacting bisphenol or phenolic type epoxy resins with methyl methacrylate. They are commonly known as vinyl ester resins, also known as epoxy acrylate resins, and are thermosetting resins. Vinyl ester resins inherit the excellent properties of epoxy resins, with superior curing and molding characteristics, and are soluble in styrene and acrylic monomers.

1. Produce corrosion-resistant FRP products, such as glass-fiber reinforced plastic tanks, pipelines, towers, and corrosion-resistant gratings.

2. Corrosion-resistant engineering, including cementitious or ferrous glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) linings, highly corrosion-resistant flooring, high-strength FRP products such as GFRP profiles, sports equipment, and FRP boats.

3. Heavy-duty anti-corrosion glass flake coatings, flake mortars.

4. Other items include UV inks and heavy-duty industrial flooring.

5. Power plant desulfurization and anti-corrosion, with high-temperature and strong acid-base resistance.
