Epoxy ceramic coating

Epoxy Ceramic Coating Product Introduction: A high-performance, high-density epoxy putty with ceramic powder as the filling material. It has low viscosity, is suitable for brushing application, and is used for sealing, protecting, and repairing surface components to prevent fluid erosion, cavitation, chemical corrosion, and wear. The film thickness can be as thick as over 150um.

1. This product is solvent-free, containing no organic solvents or active diluents, meeting environmental and safety standards. It's suitable for mechanical spraying, allowing for thick coating and forming, with a dense, pore-free finish. It saves materials, time, and labor, reducing costs, and represents the direction of the paint industry's development. The thick-body type contains a small amount of solvent, with a solid content of ≥90%, ideal for manual application.

2. The film boasts excellent anti-rust and corrosion resistance, with a smooth, durable, waterproof, wear-resistant, and chemically-resistant surface. Its excellent anti-corrosion properties make it a superior internal corrosion-resistant material.

3. Suitable for both heated or room temperature application, with room temperature curing and easy-to-follow application process.

Epoxy Ceramic Coating Applications: Seal and protect new equipment from erosion and corrosion; safeguard the exterior surfaces of pumps, impellers, gate valves, water tanks, and fan blades; reconstruct heat exchangers, tube plates, and other water circulation equipment; apply a smooth coating to the surfaces of repaired equipment. Also suitable for corrosion prevention on the interior and exterior walls of pipes, the hull of ships, crude oil tanks, and wastewater tanks, as well as for corrosion protection on steel or concrete structures.
