I. Product Overview

LXLAThe improved high-clog-resistant pulp pump integrates various requirements for pumps used in the domestic papermaking industry.ZJTypeZBJBased on the older model pulp pumps, we have introduced technology from abroad.A generation of pulp pumps designed with technology in mind. Meets the requirements of the modern papermaking industry, including energy efficiency, reliable operation, long trouble-free runtime, and easy maintenance. And has been applied in dozens of domestic paper mills.

II. Product Features

1、LXLAThe impeller of the improved non-clogging pulp pump is designed with a non-clogging theory, optimizing the features of single and double-channel impellers, open and semi-open, and swirling impellers. Its non-clogging, low pulsation, and balance are all reasonably addressed. Its overall structure is参照ISO2858Standard configuration, featuring a rear door design, facilitates pump maintenance greatly.

2The sealing form employs power sealing, mechanical sealing, and packing sealing to ensure no leakage during operation.

3Safe and reliable, reducing maintenance costs; with balanced and verified rotor components and reasonable bearing arrangement, effectively balancing the pump's radial and axial forces, ensuring long-term stable operation with low vibration and noise.

4. This slurry pump is clog-free with no leakage at the sealed areas, featuring a wide flow path and strong conveying capability. It can handle particles with a diameter of 20-80mm and fiber lengths of 100-400mm, transporting various slurry residues with concentrations below 7%. Its wide application range offers efficiency improvements of approximately 10-20% over older slurry pump models.
