Ignition Rods and Ignition Cables

1. Ignition rod front-end material: 2520 high-temperature alloy; SEMND high-temperature materials. Ignition rod dimensions are available upon request.

2. The ignition cable is a specialized high-energy cable, capable of withstanding a voltage of 20kV/AC, with an operating temperature range of -60℃ to 200℃. The length is supplied according to customer requirements, but should not exceed 80 meters.

Four: Installation and Wiring

A Φ18.5 hole is drilled in the burner, simply twist the ignition rod in place. The ignition end of the rod is installed 30 to 50mm in front of the nozzle. This ignition rod features a new structure and does not require adjustment of the discharge distance.

2. This series of ignition devices consists of three main components: the housing, a specialized high-voltage cable, and the ignition rod. During installation, simply connect the ignition device housing and the ignition rod using the specialized high-voltage cable, and the power cord is 220V AC.

V. Usage

At ignition, the ignition device should be turned on first, followed by fuel injection (or gas) ignition. The ignition process should generally not exceed 8 seconds.

When lighting, reduce the auxiliary combustion air and wait for the fire to ignite before gradually increasing the auxiliary combustion air.

Fuel should be well atomized; poor atomization quality affects the success rate of ignition.

4. The ignition device should be operated for 6-8 seconds before taking a 30-second break to avoid continuous long-term use.
