    I. Product Introduction:

    The explosion-proof ignition control box XGD-20 is primarily used for automatic ignition of industrial burners. This igniter is compact in size, powerful in energy, and features high-temperature resistance, anti-carbon buildup, anti-coking, and self-cleaning capabilities, with reliable ignition performance.HighIts performance exceeds imported ignition transformers, with easy installation of the ignition gun and no need to adjust the ignition electrode discharge distance.

    The explosion-proof ignition control box is mainly composed of an explosion-proof control box (including a 20J igniter) and high-voltage connection wires.Ignition LeverThe ignition equipment consists of several components. It can be locally operated by panel buttons for ignition or controlled remotely via PLC. This product utilizes a high-performance ignition circuit, ensuring stable performance and reliable operation.

    Explosion-proof Control Box Panel Description: The explosion-proof control box panel features a power indicator light, a local-to-remote switch, and a manual ignition button.

    3. Ignition rod length and dimensional specifications can be customized according to customer requirements.

    4. The ignition cable is a specialized high-energy cable, with a voltage resistance of 20kV/AC, operating temperature range of -60℃ to 200℃, and length supply based on customer requirements.

    Installation and Wiring

    The burner features a Φ18.5 hole, simply insert the ignition rod, which is installed 30 to 50mm in front of the spray (gas) nozzle. This ignition rod is a new design, requiring no adjustment for the discharge distance.

    2. The explosion-proofIgnition DeviceThe explosion-proof ignition device is composed of three parts: the housing, a specialized high-energy cable, and the ignition rod. Install and secure the housing near the boiler, connect the high-voltage lines and the ignition rod, and then plug in the 220V AC power cable.

    Six. Utilization

    First, connect the explosion-proof box to a 220V power source, the power indicator light illuminates, switch the conversion switch to the local position, and press the ignition button on the explosion-proof ignition box. The ignition rod will automatically ignite for 6 seconds (the explosion-proof ignition device is equipped with an internal power-off delay relay, and the ignition time can be adjusted according to the on-site requirements).

    To remotely ignite, connect the remote control, connect the explosion-proof box to a 220V power source, the power indicator light will illuminate, switch the toggle switch to remote, and remotely ignite through the PLC from the control room. The remote automatic ignition time is 6 seconds.Explosion-proof high-energy igniterBuilt-in power-off delay relay, ignition time can be adjusted according to on-site requirements.

    After the explosion-proof igniter successfully ignites, remove the ignition rod. When not in use, please disconnect the 220V power supply.

    4. The ignition rod features a unique front structure, and users are unable to use the rod after sawing off a section.

    Seven: Cautionary Notes

    The installation of explosion-proof ignition devices should pay attention to waterproofing and moisture prevention, particularly at the connection points.

    Please note the maintenance and care of the igniter gun.

    The high-voltage output socket cannot be connected to any electrical equipment other than this device.
