Vacuum Pump Malfunction
The vacuum pump, as the core component responsible for generating suction, directly determines the strength of the suction. Wear of the internal blades and rotors within the pump body reduces the exhaust capacity; insufficient lubricant or a decline in quality increases friction resistance, affecting operational efficiency; if the intake port is blocked by foreign objects, the intake volume is restricted, leading to insufficient suction as well.

Inadequate daily operations and maintenance are significant contributors to insufficient suction. Failing to clean the filter promptly can lead to clogs, increasing airflow resistance; similarly, allowing the equipment to operate at overcapacity for extended periods, exceeding its rated conveying capacity, can also result in reduced suction.
