    The quantitative packaging scale is a gravity-type automatic loading weighing instrument, thus, during installation, the stability of the equipment's installation platform must be ensured. The platform supports must be far from large power equipment to avoid vibration sources, and the supports must have sufficient rigidity and stability. It is forbidden to connect the weighing body with vibrating equipment. Sufficient space must be provided for calibration, maintenance, and replacement of parts.

    If there is a strong vibration in the finished product warehouse, the scale body must be separated from the warehouse body and a soft connection should be used for transition to improve weighing accuracy. The height of the soft connection should not exceed 5 centimeters. Similar issues are often overlooked in many projects, leading to unstable measurement accuracy. Reinforcing the platform restores the measurement accuracy to normal.

    In terms of technology, to ensure stable measurement, there are also requirements for the stability of incoming materials. Uniform and stable incoming materials are the prerequisite for ensuring measurement accuracy, which is analogous to the need for home appliances to operate stably, which in turn requires stable voltage.

    Therefore, it is essential to maintain a certain amount of material (over 5 packages) in the buffer warehouse during normal production. Under certain conditions, a low material level interlock should be installed, which will stop packaging upon reaching the low level and wait for incoming material. Otherwise, it may affect the packaging accuracy. Such issues are also frequently encountered in many projects, and this point should be particularly noted in the pre-mixed material packaging section.

    In response to some common issues that arise during customer usage, we have compiled the following list of frequently asked questions and their solutions:

    Each bag exceeds (or is below) the set theoretical target value and maintains a stable and consistent consistency.

    Approach: Increase (or decrease) the "lead time," enter the "formula" state, and adjust the lead time value accordingly (the adjustment depends on the error situation).

    2. Each time, the instrument readings are very close to the set target amount, but upon verification by the electronic scale, the actual weight is either over or under. This indicates that the calibration of the weighing intervals is inaccurate.

    Procedure: Calibration of the weighing interval (i.e., range) should be performed (it is not necessary to recalibrate during emergency handling, just change the "target value" until the difference between the actual package weight and the theoretical value is within the acceptable error range).

    3. Continuous weighing revealed inconsistent weight readings, with each bag fluctuating in quantity.

    Procedure: In this case, it is essential to first rule out any external factors that may affect the weighing process.
