Bear Bridge Roller Installation

According to the construction requirements, the rock is placed on the shore adjacent to the launch side and the opposite shore, with a distance of 0.75m from the support plate. Before the rock installation, the rock template is first set in place. The method for setting the template is as follows: draw a vertical line of the bridge centerline at the designated installation location, then measure half the distance between the templates (1.875m) along the vertical line to determine the template position. Once the template position is confirmed, place the roller on the template, ensuring the rock is snug against the bridge centerline. Flat rollers are used for bridge assembly and are typically arranged every 6m after the rock on the launch side, unless the flat roller load-bearing capacity requirements are not met, in which case adjustments can be made as needed. The template position for flat rollers is similar to that for the rock, with the distance from the template grid end to the bridge centerline being 1.6m. The flat roller is positioned against the center rib of the template. After the rollers are properly placed, carefully check for secure seating, accurate longitudinal and transverse positioning, and ensure that the bridge tail does not touch the ground during launch. Only after confirming the correct roller position may the bridge assembly and construction work proceed.
