详情描述
Resin heavy-duty corrosion protection is a process that utilizes thermosetting resins as the base material, achieving long-term corrosion resistance through thick coatings or lining structures. Its thickness is significantly greater than that of conventional coatings and is suitable for extreme corrosive environments. It achieves various corrosion-resistant properties such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, saltwater resistance, and oil resistance through composite material design. Compared to coating corrosion protection, it has a thicker corrosion-resistant layer (usually much thicker than coatings), better permeability resistance, and mechanical properties, but also at a higher cost.
Construction Method
Substrate Preparation: The surface of steel or concrete must be abraded, patched, and dusted to ensure it is clean, dry, and free of oil stains.
Primer Application: Utilize a highly penetrative, heavy-duty resin primer for even coating and ensure no missed spots to enhance adhesion.
Lay glass fiber cloth or felt: After drying, lay the glass fiber cloth, secure with intermediate coating material, lay multiple layers as required and repeat the process.
Application of intermediate coating: Add resin anti-corrosion intermediate paint with quartz sand or putty powder, spread it in layers with a trowel, and repair and level the ground.
Surface Paint Coating: Apply 2 coats of high-performance, heavy-duty resin paint for complete surface sealing, ensuring an even and debris-free coating.
