Weighing Module Calibration Method:
Once the weighing module is installed, it needs to be calibrated with weights to accurately reflect the weight of the object, measuring to full capacity.
Weight Calibration
Using weights for calibration is highly reliable and convenient, but the weighing module requires an earpiece to place the weights, and the measured values should be recorded during measurement to verify accuracy.
First, zero out the weighing module (reset the gauge reading), then ensure the module operates normally. Place weights on each module and record the displayed values sequentially to verify their accuracy.
Next, measure half of the full scale, place half of the full scale into the module, and record it. Add weight until the scale is full, record the weight, and then check the weighing module's indication error.
2. Calibration Kit
This is a very large container's weighing module. We cannot calibrate it using weights; we can measure it by substituting other materials for the weights, such as water.
The measurement method is essentially the same as above. First, we empty and zero the weighing module, then add a weight to the container and record the indicated value. Remove the weight, add a substitute (water) to the container, and adjust the indicated weight to match. Place the substitute in the container, add weight to read the indication, and repeat the above steps until the weighing module reaches its full scale.
Note: If calibration is not possible here, an alternative can be used for calibration. If the alternative is water, it should be placed into the calibration weighing mold.
In the container of building blocks, excessive reliance on this calibration weighing module may have some error, as it is a rough calibration method.
