The Loader Scale is our company's newly developed load metering product for loaders. It displays the weight of each load and the cumulative weight of materials loaded into trucks or trains. As the bucket is raised, the materials inside are automatically weighed, with the weight increasing and displayed on the screen. The weight of the materials in the bucket is then added to the cumulative weight on the display. Subsequently, the bucket is flipped to unload the materials into the truck or railcar, leaving the bucket empty.

Our loader scale's display screen and operating keypad are both equipped with backlit features, suitable for night operations or tunnel work, such as underground coal mine loading and weighing. The display not only shows the weight and cumulative weight of the material in the bucket but also includes units, cargo name, driver, various position and status prompts, facilitating the driver's operation.
