LDGA high-temperature chain conveyor feed machine is a full steel structure device. Its main components include: power components (motor, reducer), high-temperature resistant chain plate, spring plates, counterweights, and frame. The weighing body acts as a lever; when there is no material, it is roughly in a balanced state, with the load sensor experiencing minimal force; when material is present, the material's weight is transmitted to the load sensor, which converts the chain plate's running speed into an electrical signal for processing by the meter or computer, thereby calculating the instantaneous and cumulative yields. Additionally, it can adjust the chain plate's running speed to achieve quantitative feeding control.

 

Operating Principle

The weight signal from the belt material and the speed signal from the chain plate are both transmitted to the measurement and control system of the SWE-801 multi-functional batching control instrument. By continuously comparing the set value with the actual material weight transported by the chain plate, the speed of the chain plate is constantly adjusted. This ensures that the material flow remains consistently stable at the set value.
