I. Applications of Fans
Model 4-79 and 4-2×79 centrifugal fans are suitable for indoor ventilation and air exchange in general factories and large buildings. They can be used for both intake and exhaust of gases. The types of gases transported include air and other non-flammable, non-explosive, non-tangling gases that are harmless to humans and non-corrosive to steel materials. There should be no sticky substances in the gas, and the dust and hard particles contained should not exceed 150mg/m3. The temperature of the gas should not exceed 80°C; gases with similar properties can also be selected.
II. Type of Fan
Each fan housing is manufactured in two types: clockwise rotation and counterclockwise rotation.
2. The outlet position of the fan is indicated by the outlet angle of the housing. Models 4-79 and 4-2×79 fans No3A to 6A are all manufactured in one type at the factory. The installation position is adjusted by the user as required. The adjustment range of the outlet position is 0 to 225 degrees, with an interval of 45 degrees; for models No7C to 8C, the adjustment range is 0 to 180 degrees, with an interval of 22.5 degrees; for models No10E to 20E, both single and double inlet outlet positions are fixed in three large angles: 0 degrees, 90 degrees, and 180 degrees, and cannot be adjusted. If you require special machine numbers, special outlet angles, or non-standard models, our company can design and manufacture them for you, but please specify in detail when placing the order.
Section 3: Blower Structure
The fan is mainly composed of the impeller, housing, inlet, and motor. The No7C~20E model also includes a transmission part in addition to the aforementioned components.
1. Impeller: Composed of backward-tilted curved thin-plate blades, a curved front disk, and a flat rear disk. All made of steel plates and balanced statically and dynamically, it offers excellent air performance, high efficiency, and smooth operation.
Shell: Available in two different styles. Models No. 3 to 12 are made as a single unit and cannot be disassembled. Models No. 14 to 20 are designed with a two-part opening style, which are split along the horizontal mid-plane and connected with bolts.
3. Inlet: Constructed as a whole, mounted on the side of the fan, the cross-section parallel to the axis is in a curved shape, allowing gases to smoothly enter the impeller with minimal loss.
4. Transmission Assembly: Comprising the main shaft, bearing housing, roller bearings, belt pulley, or coupling.
