Non-expansive fire-retardant coating for indoor steel structures

This coating is primarily composed of inorganic flame-retardant and heat-insulating materials, producing no harmful gases at high temperatures. The product boasts high strength, water resistance, frost resistance, non-aging, lightweight, and long fire-retardancy, making it suitable for fire protection of indoor steel structures with high fire resistance requirements and harsh environments, such as gymnasiums and waiting halls. The product includes: GT-NSF-Fp2.50-YXLB-10, GT-NSF-Fp3.00-YXLB-10.

Construction Application:

This paint is suitable for application at temperatures above 0°C. Prior to application, clean the steel structure surface of dust, debris, and oil to ensure a clean and tidy surface. Mix the paint first with a ratio of water:adhesive:paint at 100:5:100, ensuring thorough and even mixing. Then, spray the paint onto the steel structure. The recommended thickness for a single coat should not exceed 5mm to prevent dripping. After the first coat dries for 18-24 hours, apply the second coat. For subsequent coats, control the coating thickness as needed until the specified thickness is achieved.

Storage and Transportation:

This product must be used within 7 days of unpacking. It is non-toxic, odorless, and non-flammable, and should be transported as non-hazardous goods.
