What should be done before starting up the newly installed gas steam boiler?

（1) Hydrostatic testing (overpressure testing), to inspect the tightness of pressure-bearing components.

(2) Auxiliary equipment trial rotation and calibration of all electric doors and air doors.

(3) Furnace. Remove moisture from the furnace walls and accumulated water in the boiler tubes.

(4) Boiling and pickling. Use alkali and acid solutions to remove oil, rust, scale, and other corrosive products, as well as scale deposits from the heating surface of the evaporation system.

(5) Furnace Airflow Dynamics Test.

(6) Blowdown. Utilize the boiler's self-generated steam to flush out impurities in the primary and secondary steam piping.

(7) Verify safety gates, etc.
