(1) Moderate Temperature Control Enhancement
The rate of combustion is exponentially related to temperature. Under the premise of preventing slagging inside the furnace, strive to increase the temperature as much as possible.
(2) Sufficient waiting time is provided for fuel on the grate and inside the furnace.
(3) The furnace allows for effective oscillation and mixing. During the ignition and combustion phase, ensure thorough mixing of gases and fuel. In the afterburn phase, enhance the oscillation and mixing.
(4) Sufficient supply and suitable dust content
If the gas index is too low, indicating insufficient dust content in the supply, it will increase the thermal damage from solid ethanol combustion (q4) and flammable gas ethanol combustion (q3), thereby reducing ignition efficiency; conversely, if the gas index is too high, it will decrease the temperature inside the furnace and enhance the thermal loss from ethanol combustion.
(5) Maintain an effective flame in the previous position. The flame should be located in the middle area between the grate bars and the center grate bar, with good filling on the grate bars.
