According to the principles of mechanics, the larger the span, the smaller the allowable safe working load (SWL). Therefore, if a bridge tray with the same load needs to be extended to the standard length (2M), its manufacturing method cannot be referenced from the standard for general steel cable bridge trays but must be "tailor-made" based on the technical conditions of each meter of load and the actual span, by the manufacturer. It cannot be changed arbitrarily.

General rules regarding span and load are summarized. For cable bridge supports with spans of 6 meters (inclusive) and a spacing of 0.6 meters, where the distributed load per meter does not exceed 150 kilograms, a series has been established and meticulous calculations along with strict type tests have been conducted.
