What are the specifications and models of fire-resistant bridge supports?
Before answering this question, we need to clarify what a fire-resistant bridge is, also known as a fireproof bridge. According to JB/T10216-2013 "Cable Bridge for Electrical Control and Distribution," fire-resistant bridges can be categorized into:
a) The outer layer of the composite fire-resistant cable tray is steel with galvanized coating and coated with structural fire-resistant paint, while the inner layer is a non-metallic fire-resistant layer (commonly fire-resistant board).
b) Standard steel fire-resistant cable trays are made of galvanized or painted steel structures with flame-retardant paint or non-metallic fire-resistant materials.
c) Other fire-resistant cable trays of different structural styles shall be determined by the user and manufacturer, but they must comply with the fire resistance grade test regulations.
Non-metallic fire-resistant materials in fire-resistant cable trays should meet the combustion performance requirements of not less than Grade B as specified in GB 8624-2012.
The surface coating of fire-resistant cable trays, when coated with fire-resistant paint for steel structures, should comply with the specifications in 5.2 of GB14907-2002.
