The specific application scope is as follows:

Metallurgical Industry: Used for dust removal in the smelting of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, recovery of metallurgical raw materials, and comprehensive utilization.

       Building Materials Industry: Dust collection and raw material recovery for cement and refractory material industries.

       Power Industry: Flue gas dust removal for boilers.

       Chemical Industry: Used for recovering valuable components from flue gas, and in the acid-making industry for demisting and dust removal, etc.

       Electronics & Precision Machinery Industry: Used for air purification and enhancing product quality.

 

Terms of Use

       To ensure reliable operation and longevity of this product, please strictly adhere to the following usage conditions: 1. Altitude not exceeding 1000m. 2. No conductive dust in the operating area, no corrosive gases or vapors that damage metal or insulation. 3. No explosive hazard environment, no severe vibrations or impacts, and no more than 5% vertical inclination. 4. AC voltage meets the following specifications: Waveform is approximately sinusoidal, frequency 50Hz, voltage 380V, with amplitude variation not exceeding ±5%, and instantaneous fluctuation range not exceeding ±10%. 5. The product's housing and DC output grounding terminal should be reliably grounded, with grounding resistance less than 2Ω.

Product Structure and Working Principle

       Product Structure: This product is divided into two structural types based on user requirements: indoor and outdoor. It consists of components such as transformers, silicon rectifiers, and signal measurement, all housed in an oil tank filled with transformer oil. The input, output, and signal terminals are extended to the external panel or box wall outside the tank via high and low voltage porcelain sleeves.

       2. Operating Principle: This product converts standard frequency AC low-voltage power supply into high-voltage AC through transformer induction, then into high-voltage DC via silicon bridge full-wave rectification. The output end is equipped with a signal measuring device. The voltage U and current I signals supply a high-voltage automatic controller to achieve phase-controlled voltage regulation and system protection for the anti-parallel thyristors connected in series within the low-voltage circuit. The low-voltage terminals lx, x1, x2, and x3 can be connected to output three different voltages (specific values on the product label) for user selection. Users can strive to minimize higher-order harmonics, improve power factor, and achieve economic operation under different load conditions (see attached schematic diagram).


Product Performance Features

       The transformer is designed with high impedance, eliminating the current-limiting reactor串联 in the primary side, thus improving operational reliability while reducing noise.

       2. Core made of cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, reducing the transformer's no-load loss.

       3. High-voltage silicon stacks are selected with avalanche high-voltage silicon stacks, featuring strong impact resistance and the ability to automatically recover after reverse breakdown.
