Product Description

The electrostatic precipitator power control system features spark and arc reactions. Compared to the original electrostatic precipitator control system and other types of electrostatic precipitator control systems, this system introduces a novel spark monitoring concept that utilizes either tracking the sudden drop in secondary voltage or the distortion of secondary current. Operators select one of the following spark tracking methods based on the quality of the secondary current or voltage input signals on-site: spark blocking, no spark blocking, or slightly blocking minor sparks while enhancing spark blocking. Spark control employs two slopes to directly control the SCR triggering angle, adjusting the spark rate accordingly. It can directly control the conduction angle of the thyristor based on the detected spark rate, thereby adjusting the secondary voltage to achieve more sensitive tracking and quicker adjustments, ultimately ensuring high-efficiency dust removal and energy consumption reduction.
