HLY-II High Voltage Constant Current Source



Product Description

The alternating current (AC) sine voltage from the power grid is converted into an AC sine current through an L-C high-voltage converter, then stepped up and rectified to become a high-voltage direct current (DC) current source for the deposition electric field.

       The high-voltage silicon rectifier consists of a high-voltage transformer and a high-voltage silicon rectifier, both housed in a square metal oil tank and filled with clean, dry transformer oil. The AC input voltage is connected through a low-voltage insulated sleeve, while the DC high voltage is output via a high-voltage insulated sleeve.

       High Voltage Control Cabinet: Equipped with an L-C high voltage transformer to output a high voltage current source, featuring over-voltage protection and alarm devices. In the event that the transformer silicon rectifier operates in an abnormal state, the control cabinet can initiate automatic protection and simultaneously emit an alarm.

 

Technical Features

       Operation is stable with high reliability, maintaining sedimentation efficiency over the long term. It can withstand transient and steady-state short circuits. When spark discharge occurs in the sedimentation electric field due to some cause, since the power supply output current is "high voltage," the current in the electric field does not increase, while the grid input current is significantly reduced to only 10% of the rated value, ensuring the safety of the power supply equipment. Additionally, due to the "high voltage," the discharge path self-disappears without transitioning to arc discharge, thereby protecting the corona wire and anode and cathode plates.
