The basic construction of photovoltaic solar ground piles is divided into several types, each with its own usage.

(I) Basic Construction of Photovoltaic Solar Spiral Ground Piles

Photovoltaic solar spiral piles are a type of spiral bored piles, featuring a drill bit and drill rod connected to a power source via a coupling. Once these photovoltaic solar spiral piles are placed underground, they are not removed and are used directly as the pile body.

Based on the "end-bearing pile" and "friction pile" constructions used in the construction process, they are extensively applied in the construction of various ground piles, ground anchors, and randomly structured ground piles.

(II) Types of Helical Piling and Their Applications

A type features nuts for secure attachment, without a flange, relying on a single nut, or possibly three or four nuts for firmness. The advantage of this design is its affordability, simple adjustment, and the ease of installation without the need for adjusting smoothness or height. It is primarily used for solar panel mounts, farm fences, garden bamboo fences, sunshade bases, and similar applications.

The second type features a flange at the end, which is securely connected through the flange for easy and sturdy assembly. The drawback is that it requires precise leveling of the flange during installation, with high accuracy in the height of the ground piles. These flange ground piles are primarily used in building construction and dock platforms.

The third option is the U-shaped board ground pile, which is crucially connected through U-shaped boards. Its advantages include easy connection, stability, lightness, and strong joints. The drawback is that it is slightly more expensive. It is primarily used for garden bamboo fences, guardrails, and similar applications.
