Artificial Rockery, also known as plastic mountain, artificial fake mountain, hollow fake mountain, etc., differs from the common real stone fake mountains. It features an internal hollow structure supported by angle iron, channel steel, and square tubes. The external texture is formed by cement mixed with other special materials. It is widely used in various parks, residential communities, and indoor scenic spots. The plastic stone can also create landscapes, such as stone plaques and signstones. With the development of plastic stone fake mountain technology, new processes and products like plastic stone sculptures and plastic wood replicas have emerged. The ability to mimic reality in artificial rockery depends on the craftsmanship of the plastering layer. To achieve realism, the craftsman's techniques must be refined, with careful plastering and the precise shaping of stone textures, cracks, and angles to give a lifelike texture. Simply knowing these general steps is not enough to create a realistic and aesthetically pleasing fake mountain; it requires a professional rockery-making team. Here's the structure construction method for concrete rockery: foundation work, angle iron columns, angle iron level beams, angle iron inclined beams welding, skeleton external overlay with reinforcing mesh, reinforcing mesh with galvanized wire mesh, initial shaping of the mountain body with 1:1.5 cement mortar, the craftsman carefully shaping stone textures and peaks or patterns, followed by surface treatment and three coats of polymer exterior paint for the rockery. Stones below 1000MM do not require angle iron ribs; instead, use reinforcing mesh, hang galvanized wire mesh, and then proceed with the shaping process.

Craftsmanship of Artificial Rockery Made of Cement: As per the rendering, the rockery is shaped using cement mortar to create a mountainous landscape featuring peaks, ridges, terraces, ridges, cliffs, rocks, valleys, caves, and dams, all combined into a single artificial rockery. Utilizing the fifteen-character maxim in the construction process of the rockery, namely "settle, connect, join, fight, carry, match, hang, sword, lock, hang down, pick, arch, support, prop, and pierce," various construction methods for the artificial rockery's stone structure are crafted.

3. Artificial Rockery Color Spraying: The arrangement of rock colors is also important in creating a mountainous landscape. For the lower part of the artificial mountain, a deeper color should be sprayed, while the upper part should have a lighter color. For concave areas, a deeper color is preferred, and for convex areas, a lighter color is chosen. Of course, for the entire artificial mountain, it's important to maintain a moderate balance and avoid excessive clutter. Color spraying is the final process for the rockery and a crucial aspect of the construction that influences the overall landscape.
