I. Overview

The YMP series coal powder spray mill is a new type of coal-fired equipment, mainly used for drying, annealing, reheat furnace, steam, etc. Suitable sites include: steel rolling plants, foundries, rolling mills, cement factories, and boiler industries. It can replace thermal energy equipment powered by oil, gas, and electricity, thereby saving 40-50% of energy. This product can significantly reduce the labor intensity of personnel and has features such as cost reduction and increased economic benefits.

The YMP system coal mill atomizer features a unique one-step completion of processes such as supply crushing and conveying.

Raw coal is processed through a series of crushing techniques to become powder particles between 80-120mm, which are then sent into the furnace at a pressure of over 130mm water column by the fan blades, suspended for combustion to achieve complete combustion.
