I. Overview

The YMP series coal powder sprayer is a new type of coal-fired equipment, primarily used for drying, annealing, furnace slag reprocessing, and steam. Suitable for locations such as steel mills, foundries, rolling mills, cement plants, and boiler industries. It can replace thermal energy equipment powered by oil, gas, and electricity, thereby saving 40-50% of energy. This product significantly reduces labor intensity and features cost reduction and improved economic benefits.

The YMP system coal mill atomizer features the capability to complete processes such as supply crushing and conveying in one go.

Raw coal is processed through a series of crushing techniques to become fine particles of 80-120mm, which are then blown into the furnace at a pressure of over 130mm water column by the fan blades, achieving suspended combustion for complete combustion. This contributes to environmental protection and energy conservation efforts.
