2. The burner options are flexible, aiming for hot air temperature, and automatically and continuously adjust fuel and air volume without gradation. It features automatic blow-off and programmed ignition. Optional simple burners are also available for economic and practical use.

3. This product features a simple structure, flexible layout, and compact size. The refractory lining is assembled on-site, resulting in a short construction period. The equipment foundation is easy to set up. A crane beam is installed on the hot air furnace, allowing for portable use.

4. Stable heating with high adjustability in heating capacity. The flue gas pipeline is equipped with an air makeup valve, allowing adjustable heating air temperature. The secondary air enters the burner through a spiral channel in the shell's inner and outer interlayer, providing cooling to the furnace body, which extends the life of the furnace lining, reduces heat loss, and ensures more stable combustion of low calorific value gas.

5. Hot air is supplied through a negative pressure flow, with adjustable internal recirculation valves to supplement. There is minimal residual combustible gas in the furnace chamber, ensuring safe ignition and reliable operation.

6. The thermal and power control offers two modes for user selection: remote control, on-site intervention and on-site control, as well as central control display. This effectively meets the needs of various operating conditions and is widely used in industries such as cement, chemicals, and metallurgy for drying, calcining, and smelting processes.
