I. Overview

The YFDH modular twin-tube dryer boasts a compact structure, simple construction, reasonable layout, and enhanced heat exchange efficiency between material and thermal energy, resulting in excellent drying performance. It requires minimal initial investment, offers full heat exchange compared to a single-tube dryer of the same output, and has high thermal energy utilization. Additionally, it's easily automated, reducing the need for operators and conserving labor resources.

The YFDH modular twin-tube dryer is primarily used for drying particles within a certain humidity and particle size range, such as yellow sand, molding sand, slag, fly ash, coal slag, small particle clay, and other small-grained materials that are not afraid of high temperatures or soot contamination. The moisture content of the dried material can reach below 1-0.5%.
