It not only boasts superior dust removal capabilities, higher dust removal efficiency, and lower emission concentration compared to reverse-jet bag dust collectors, but also features stability and reliability, low gas consumption, and a small footprint, making it particularly suitable for handling high air volume flue gas.Pulse Dust CollectorWidely applied globally and extensively used and promoted domestically, it can be broadly utilized for the purification of dust-laden gases at normal or high temperatures and the recovery of powdery materials in cement, metallurgy, petrochemicals, building materials, grain, machinery, carbon black, electricity, waste incineration, and industrial kilns.
This product combines the advantages of both room-backblowing and pulse-jet dust collectors, overcoming the shortcomings of insufficient cleaning strength in room-backblowing and dust re-adherence in general pulse-jet cleaning. It enhances cleaning efficiency and significantly reduces the spray frequency. The product utilizes an immersed pulse valve, which lowers the pressure of the spray gas source and the energy consumption of the equipment. It extends the service life of filter bags and pulse valves, greatly improving the overall technical performance.
Performance Features
● Innovative design with under-intake structure, allowing thicker high-temperature particles to directly fall into the ash hopper, effectively protecting the filter bags.
● Utilizes long filter bags, occupying less floor space for the same processing capacity, making it more convenient for改造 old factories.
● Employing offline dust removal in separate chambers, it achieves high efficiency with minimal secondary dust adsorption.
