I. Overview

This dust collector can optimize dust removal process solutions under various process conditions, manufacturing various non-standard products to meet customer requirements.

II. Performance Features

1. Employing surface filtration technology, the filter sleeve achieves high filtration accuracy, offering two to three times the filtration area compared to traditional filter bags, achieving low emissions and low energy consumption.

2. Utilizes a vertical filter cartridge suspension structure, which facilitates dust adsorption and cleaning. Additionally, due to less vibration of the filter media during cleaning, the lifespan of the filter cartridges is significantly longer than that of filter bags, resulting in lower replacement costs.

3. Utilizing pulse-jet dust removal technology and featuring a unique secondary引流 design, the dust cleaning is effective with minimal energy consumption.

4. Equipped with Siemens PLC automatic program control, featuring both timed and manual control methods; uses imported components for critical components affecting main performance (such as pulse valves).

5. Features include a larger filter area, lower filtration air velocity, lower operating resistance, smaller footprint, longer service life, and easier maintenance compared to bag dust collectors.
