Addressing the current status of dust removal technology and配套 equipment for coal-fired kiln flue gas both domestically and internationally, after extensive analysis, the existing YDMCPulse Jet Baghouse Dust CollectorBased on mature technology, we have added a series of protection and detection systems, fully designing bag dust collectors for coal-fired kilns, and they have already been applied and tested in numerous projects.

Our YDMC pulse bag dust collector for coal-fired kilns features: pulse jet technology, with the rational selection of imported new low-resistance, long-life diaphragm solenoid pulse valves, complemented by the unique design and processing of the jet pipes, as well as the bypass system and on-line cleaning system, which completely transforms the cleaning method of the bag dust collector.

High-Temperature Resistant Filter Media Application Technology: By combining the characteristics of flue gas, utilizing cost-effective high-temperature and corrosion-resistant filter media, and applying PTFE coating to the fibers, the issue of high flue gas temperatures that conventional filter media cannot withstand and their short lifespan has been addressed. Additionally, it maintains a balance between the performance and cost ratio of the filter media.

2. Offline Maintenance Technology: The application of new lifting valve technology enables continuous offline maintenance of the dust collector (offline and online cleaning methods can be freely chosen). The protective device of the lifting valve eliminates dust collector malfunctions caused by lifting valve issues, thereby ensuring that the boiler operation is not affected due to the dust collector.

3. Dust Collector Protection Technology: The application of inline bypass systems, pre-spraying devices, and online detection equipment for temperature and humidity measurement, solves the protection issues of the dust collector during boiler fuel injection for combustion assistance and in case of boiler malfunctions.

4. Inspection and Monitoring Technology: Tailored for the specific characteristics of boiler dust collectors, advanced online inspection and monitoring equipment is set up, including detection of flue gas temperature and humidity, dust collector operating pressure, material level, and equipment fault. It can handle all measurements, surveillance, control, alarm, and protection as well as interlock functions within the bag dust collector, allowing for real-time monitoring of the dust collector's operation.

5. PLC Programmable Logic Controller Technology: Utilizing the PLC programmable logic controller provided by SIEMENS, equipped with communication interface to the system DCS, it enables manual/automatic control of the bag dust collector.

6. Equipment Resistance Control: Ensuring the safety and reliability of the overall equipment resistance through a series of unique considerations in both the equipment structure and the filter material design.
