The Salt Rich Fly Ash Separation System is a large-scale forced-air classification system meticulously developed by our company based on our existing powder selection technology. The main equipment, the MD Dynamic Classifier, draws on the advantages of similar domestic and international equipment, and is particularly suitable for the Chinese situation where the original fly ash fineness and loss on ignition in power plants fluctuate widely, the site for technical transformation is small, and there are high performance requirements for the matching control system. It is an ideal specialized equipment for fly ash separation in power plants. The key features of this technology are as follows:

● High separation efficiency: Combining the scientific principles of eddy current separation, inertial separation, and centrifugal separation, the separation efficiency is significantly high, thereby greatly enhancing the yield of finished products.

●Flexible adjustment methods: adjustable by main air valve opening, classifier impeller speed, secondary air valve opening, and regulating pipe (Baghouse dust collectorMultiple methods for adjusting positive, negative, and zero point positions.

●High Grading Precision: Multiple measures ensure high grading accuracy; the 45um sieve residue can be adjusted at any position between 1-20%, with an error of no more than ±0.1%.

High applicability: The uneven fineness of the original gray condition and the uneven amount of undercoat do not affect the quality of the finished product's gray.

●High Volume Processing: Utilizes forced vortex centrifugal separation technology, offering significant advantages, especially for large processing volumes, capable of handling over 100T/h. Suitable for power plants with various installed capacities.

●Simple operation, all controlled by numbers on the control panel. Generally, workers only need half a day of training, and they can become proficient by strictly following the procedures, without needing to rely on accumulated experience.

● Wear-resistant design, which fully considers wear and abrasion resistance from the aspects of design principles and system operational parameters. Measures to prevent wear are taken for all parts prone to wear: the shroud of the fan is lined with corundum tiles, the impeller is thickened and surfacing焊, the classifier is equipped with replaceable wear-resistant cast steel blocks, the blade inclination, elbow bending radius design and manufacturing, etc., are all considered from the perspective of minimizing wear. The elbows are lined with ceramic tiles internally and thickened externally.

●Investment savings: No need for an electrostatic precipitator or other dust removal equipment between the main fan and cyclone separator, thus saving a considerable amount of investment.
