I. Overview

T-seapx High-Efficiency Internal Recirculating VortexSifterBased on the domestic selection of powder equipment, this new product has been developed using aeronautical aerodynamics. It features a rational structure, excellent selection of powder, and significant energy-saving effects, making it a product to enhance the quality of the powder grinding system in compliance with the new cement standards.


II. Performance Features

1. Advanced grading principle, combining multiple selection principles, and utilizing aeronautical aerodynamic analysis methods for optimized design of the entire flow field. Material undergoes two-stage selection, achieving high grading accuracy and precision.

2. The main shaft of the sifter adopts a variable speed drive. The fineness adjustment is convenient, sensitive, and reliable, with a wide adjustment range.

3. The wear-prone parts of the sifter, such as the撒料盘 (dispenser pan), the conical section of the cyclone, the guide vanes, and the classifier blades of the rotor, are all made of wear-resistant materials or treated with anti-wear processes, resulting in extremely low wear rates. The use of wear-resistant materials as the lining effectively extends its service life.

4. The main shaft lower bearing seal utilizes a new design, effectively addressing both the critical issues of dust entry into the bearing and oil leakage from the lubricant, thereby significantly extending the service life of the lower bearing.

5. When designing the basis for the classifier, the principle of mechanical vibration reduction is adopted to ensure that the resonance frequency of the classifier and the base does not approach the inherent frequency of the classifier, fundamentally solving the long-standing vibration issue that has plagued the users.
