Through precise control of temperature and material residence time, the product surface melts, pores are sealed, and the internal structure is honeycomb-like, with a micro-spherical appearance. Compared to traditional porous perlite, in addition to retaining the properties of insulation, heat resistance, and sound insulation, it also features high strength and low water absorption rate.
