Product Details

This product is white in appearance, made from processed mineral soil, and is widely used in paint dyeing, architectural coatings, ceramics, decorative materials, etc. It serves as a thickener, suspending agent, and thixotropic agent, and is currently a helper additive in paint production.

Product Application:

1. Prevent color sedimentation and agglomeration in paints, enhance the film's water resistance and acid resistance, and improve the film strength.
2. No brush marks, excellent water floatability and low gas evolution, effectively preventing the movement of water molecules and solid particles, with good suspension, thickening, and adsorption properties.

3. The product features lubricating properties, enhancing the stability of oil, water emulsions, and increasing the plasticity of mud.

Product Usage Instructions:

HJ/TO256--1994 Thickeners can be used without pre-gelation and do not require alkali activator; in products like latex paint, follow the operation instructions:
Water pH (7-8).
2. Mix and disperse for 10 minutes at the allowed speed.
3. Additive blending.
4. Color and filler blending and dispersion.
5. Latex Blending.
6. Post-adjustment.
