The CIT-3000SMH Energy Dispersive XRF Analyzer, introduced by XinXianDa in 2014, is a new-generation XRF analyzer. It features a high-power water-cooled X-ray tube for excitation, utilizes advanced foreign electro-cooled detector semiconductor for detection, digital spectrum analysis technology, and a 2048/4096 channel multi-channel pulse analyzer for precise spectral analysis, enabling the rapid and accurate analysis of dozens of elements in a single run.

Performance Features:
Utilizing digital spectral analysis technology, it boasts a high counting rate, no missed counts, and excellent stability.
Utilizing high-power water-cooled X-ray tubes to excite the samples, featuring high power and count rates, and a high excitation efficiency for trace heavy elements.
Utilizing advanced imported electrochromic SDD semiconductor detectors, offering high resolution and counting rates, these detectors operate without the need for liquid nitrogen cooling, ensuring ease of use. They can perform a single-pass detection of multiple elements.
High-voltage Power Supply: Voltage adjustable from 0V to 50kV continuously; current adjustable from 0-2mA continuously. Soft control with high accuracy and faultless operation.
Computer software directly controls parameters such as flow and pressure, automatically adjusting settings based on the different types of analysis elements.
