Light Steel Villa, also known as Light Steel Structure House, primarily consists of light steel framing made from hot-dipped galvanized steel strips cold-rolled together. With the support and combination of accessories, it achieves a reasonable bearing capacity, replacing traditional housing. Due to its light steel structural support and particularly beautiful design, this new type of house is called the Light Steel Villa.
1. Basic System
Light-gauge steel structure houses have a low self-weight, approximately one-fifth of brick-and-concrete structures and one-eighth of reinforced concrete structures, thus significantly reducing the foundation construction cost. The foundation for light-gauge steel structure houses usually only requires a strip foundation.

2. Wall Systems

The interior space can be flexibly partitioned. Piping can be arranged in pre-drilled holes in the wall, floor, and roof components, offering good concealment and enhanced aesthetics.
The wall is filled with glass fiber cotton, offering excellent thermal insulation, heat insulation, and soundproofing properties.

3. Floor System

The top of the floor beams is covered with structural boards that have been strictly moisture and corrosion-proofed, forming a sturdy and seismic-resistant floor system.
The composite structure of structural panels and floor steel beams is robust and stable.

4. Roofing System

Composite roofing offers waterproof, weather-resistant, and thermal insulation features, allowing for a wide variety of designs.

5. Structural Components
