Nylon Wheel

Due to the light weight of nylon wheels, they are commonly used in high-altitude regions to replace certain metal components. As an accessory for tower cranes, nylon wheels are widely employed in various lifting equipment and are gradually replacing the old metal wheels with their unique advantages. Nylon wheels can perform and achieve the same, if not better, effects as some metal parts.

The modified cast nylon belt pulley with anti-aging agent has UV resistance, radial load capacity over 25t, and wear life 3-5 times that of steel belt pulleys. The cast nylon wheel features excellent self-lubrication and elasticity, extending the wear life of the hoisting rope to about 10 times. The cast nylon wheel is fully interchangeable with cast steel and welded wheels.
