They are smooth, have a low coefficient of friction, and exhibit self-lubricating properties when used as moving mechanical components, resulting in low noise. They can be used without lubricants under low friction conditions. If lubrication is necessary to reduce friction or aid in heat dissipation, options include water-oil and greases. Consequently, as transmission components, they have a long service life.

Nylon plates, tubes, and bars offer excellent stability in wear, stretch, and bending properties, and are easy to install without any special tools. Their superior overall performance is unmatched by copper, steel, or rubber tubes, making them the ideal material as a substitute for copper, steel, and rubber.

Air, water, chemical lubricants, instrument cables, irrigation control systems, textile factories, food factories, fuel supply pipes for vehicles and ships, vacuum systems, air conditioning systems, oscillating insulators, static insulators, etc., across various industries. Suitable for: compressed air systems, lubrication systems, flammable oil fluid pipelines, hydraulic pipelines, some chemical fluids, food fluids. This product is lightweight, moisture-resistant, saltwater-resistant, has good aging resistance, and is resistant to sunlight. Ten-way nylon pipes are generally used for hydrocarbons, aromatic solvents, aliphatic solvents, oils, fuels, and refrigerants; not suitable for strong acids, strong bases, phenols, etc. Commonly conveyed fluids include 40-degree baking soda solution, 40-degree carbonated water, -20 to 40-degree alcohols, distilled water, seawater, oils, etc.
