Description of Nylon Parts: Exceptional wear resistance with a friction coefficient typically ranging from 0.1 to 0.3, making it 1/4 the coefficient of phenolic plastic and 1/3 of Babbit alloy – a self-lubricating material with excellent mechanical properties. Nylon parts are hard, boasting high tensile strength, bending resistance, impact strength, and elongation. Their compressive strength is comparable to metals, and their fatigue strength is on par with cast iron and aluminum alloys. They exhibit stable chemical stability, unaffected by weak alkalis, esters, hydrocarbons, or oils. They are lightweight, have good toughness, high wear resistance, oil resistance, and vibration resistance. Suitable for manufacturing wear-resistant components, transmission structures, household appliance parts, automotive components, anti-friction parts, industrial machinery, electrical insulation components. This includes turbines, gears, bearings, impellers, blades, screws, nuts, bolts, spindles, sleeves, and connectors, etc.

This offers excellent conditions for its wide application in alkaline corrosion resistance, environmental hygiene, food, textile dyeing and printing, and other mechanical components.

(9) Molding Compound Nylon is limited to use in the following environments and media:

Long-term use at temperatures exceeding 120℃.
