II. Equipment Composition
This unit is a cylindrical sealed device with an insulating jacket, utilizing a simple, high-efficiency hydraulic jet vacuum pump. The equipment is divided into three main parts: the evaporation chamber, heating coil, and separator.
III. Key Features
1. The liquid is drawn into the room from the top of the evaporator, with the heating coil consisting of three to five rows of flat, round stainless steel tubes, where the steam heats within the coil space.
2. The new type of concentrator now features an additional set of small coils inside the bottom head, allowing evaporation even when the liquid is below 30 kg.
3. This equipment is non-skid, easy to clean, aesthetically pleasing, and meets GMP standards.
