MVREvaporator MVR The meaning is Pressure of a certain mass of gasVolume/temperature = constant, meaning that when the volume of a gas decreases and its pressure increases, the temperature of the gas will also rise accordingly; based on this principle, when the thin secondary steam is compressed in volume, its temperature will rise as well, thereby transforming low-temperature, low-pressure steam into high-temperature, high-pressure steam. This can then be used as a heat source to further heat the original liquid to be evaporated, achieving the goal of recycling and reusing steam; since this volume compression is achieved through a mechanical compressor, it is referred to as MVR. I. Applicability Scope Mechanical Steam Re-compressionMVR Evaporators, suitable for low-temperature concentration in industries such as milk, glucose, starch, monosodium glutamate, xylitol, chemical engineering, biotechnology, environmental engineering, waste liquid recycling, papermaking, and salt production. Section II: Equipment Composition Comprised of single or triple-effect evaporators, separators, compressors, vacuum pumps, circulating pumps, operation platforms, electrical control cabinets, valves, piping systems, etc., the structure is extremely simple. III. Working Principle Mechanical Steam Re-compressionThe MVR (Multi-Effect Vapor Recovery) evaporator utilizes the secondary steam generated within the evaporator. After being compressed by the compressor, the pressure and temperature rise, increasing the enthalpy. It is then sent to the evaporator's heating chamber as heating steam, maintaining the boiling state of the material liquid. Meanwhile, the heating steam condenses into water. This way, the originally wasted steam is fully utilized, recovering latent heat and enhancing thermal efficiency. The economic efficiency of the live steam is equivalent to that of a 30-effect multiple-effect evaporation, reducing the demand for external heating and cooling resources, lowering energy consumption, and decreasing pollution. IV. Key Features 1. The MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) energy-saving evaporator technology is a currently excellent evaporator technology, requiring only a small amount of steam and significantly reducing the operation costs for enterprises while minimizing environmental pollution. 2. With a compressor providing the heat source, the temperature difference is much smaller compared to traditional evaporators, allowing for gentle evaporation. This significantly improves product quality and reduces scale formation. 3. No condenser required; simple structure and process, fully automatic operation, capable of continuous running. 4. Equipped with CIP cleaning lines inside, allowing for on-site cleaning. The entire unit is easy to operate with no blind spots. 5. The evaporator operates at low temperatures without generating foam, ensuring a uniform liquid mixture, no material spillage, and minimal coking. V. Technical Specifications 1.
