Multi-effect Waste Water Evaporator Multi-effect counter-current, co-current, and film evaporator series equipment are designed for the concentration of corn syrup, fermentation juice, juice, beverage, milk, beer wort, fermentation broth, and high-concentration organic or chemical wastewater. They offer energy-saving, short heating time, and are suitable for the evaporation and concentration of materials with high viscosity, as well as a high concentration ratio. They also produce high-quality deionized water to meet the needs of industrial boiler water. These systems can be combined into double-effect, triple-effect, quadruple-effect, and quintuple-effect evaporation systems. They can also utilize waste steam from the top of tube bundle or disk dryers, as well as other low-heat-value heat sources.(As condensate steam) serves as the heat source for the evaporator, it becomes a waste heat evaporator, thereby significantly reducing the consumption of steam and achieving substantial energy savings. When there is an ample supply of waste heat steam, it is possible to completely eliminate the need for primary steam, resulting in significant economic benefits. 
Operating Principle
Material is evenly distributed into each evaporator tube through an allocator. Under the action of gravity and secondary steam in the form of self-evaporation, the material forms a spiral film-like flow from top to bottom. Simultaneously, the material film exchanges heat with the outer wall steam of the tube bundle, causing the moisture in the material to heat and evaporate. The stable temperature difference and heat transfer area result in a consistent moisture evaporation rate. The secondary steam formed by the evaporated water is utilized multiple times, maximizing the use of thermal energy, reducing steam consumption, and forming the design principle of multiple evaporation purposes.
Performance Features:
This evaporator distribution disk is spiral-shaped, with particularly even material distribution, where the liquid forms a film-like descent along the inner wall of the tubes, suitable for sugar concentration.
The evaporator top cover is flat, making it easy to clean and maintain.
If the production volume doesn't require a high evaporation rate, the heat exchange area can be adjusted.
The vacuum system can be chosen by the user, either a water ring vacuum pump or a water jet pump is available.
Condensate can be recovered.
At an evaporation rate of 3,900 kg/h, the steam consumption is 1,300 kg/h.
Low heat dissipation, especially for the secondary steam.
