Product Overview:

The ZB series vacuum耙式drying machine is a novel horizontal intermittent vacuum drying equipment. Wet materials are evaporated through conduction, and a scraper mixer continuously clears the material from the heated surface. The material is pushed and circulated within the container, and the evaporated water is extracted by a vacuum pump. The machine employs a large-area jacket heating method, with a large heat transfer surface and high thermal efficiency. The mixing function ensures a continuous circular flow of materials inside the drum, further enhancing the uniformity of material heating, allowing for the smooth drying of paste-like, cream-like, and paste-like materials.

The vacuum drum dryer features a cylindrical body with three layers, both inside and out. The intermediate jacket can be heated by a thermal oil circulation (pressure < 0.3 MPa gauge pressure) or steam (pressure < 0.3 MPa gauge pressure). The outer layer is insulated with ultra-fine glass wool for excellent heat preservation and minimal energy consumption. It is ideal for drying materials prone to oxidation and heat-sensitive materials, ensuring the integrity of crystalline materials during the process. Its superiority is further demonstrated in the strict restriction of metal ions and for materials that require the recovery of volatile (or toxic) substances to be排出 (or toxic).
