The product is composed of an inner woven layer, a middle layer, and an outer woven layer, formed by fiber winding.- Coated - Fiber Pultrusion - Coated - Fiber Winding - Coated Continuous Composite. This is a product with excellent structure and performance, replacing traditional glass steel pipes, and is suitable for use as protective sheaths for power and communication cables.




This pipeline features a structural design composed of internal and external braiding patterns at different angles, as well as a composite intermediate layer with both longitudinal and circumferential layers, significantly enhancing the product quality.:

The manufacturing of BWFRP fiber winding extruded cable protection sleeves has completely abandoned the traditional single-piece molding process of glass steel pipes, instead adopting an integrated continuous molding production line technology, and employing full intelligent control. This eliminates the inconsistency in product quality caused by human factors during the production process. Similarly, due to the continuity of impregnation, the use of high-pressure impregnation method is mandatory during the impregnation process, thereby increasing the material density of the pipes by nearly 20%.
