Steam hose

The temperature-resistant steam hose is composed of an inner rubber layer, multiple layers of fabric-reinforced wrapping, and an outer rubber layer. The fabric-reinforced hose is made up of an inner rubber layer, multiple layers of fabric-reinforced wrapping, a spiral steel wire reinforcement layer, and an outer rubber layer. It primarily consists of an inner rubber layer resistant to liquids, a middle rubber layer, 2, 4, or 6 layers of steel wire wrapping reinforcement, and an outer rubber layer. The inner rubber layer functions to withstand pressure of the conveyed medium and protect the steel wire from corrosion, while the outer rubber layer safeguards the steel wire from damage. The steel wire layer (φ0.3--2.0 reinforced steel wire) serves as the skeletal material for reinforcement.

High-temperature resistant hose applications

Supply saturated steam or superheated water at temperatures ranging from 165℃ to 220℃; high-temperature resistant hoses are suitable for steam cleaners, steam hammers, flat vulcanizing machines, injection molding machines, and other thermal press equipment as flexible pipelines.
