Product Description: The P-type hard alloy sweeper is a secondary sweeper located behind the primary sweeper, used to remove adhered material near the head wheel.
The P-type hard draw alloy sweeper can be used with the H-type hard alloy sweeper or used alone. It is mounted below the flat emergency working surface at the center of the head wheel.
H-shaped alloy sweeper

Product Description: The hard alloy sweeper is an indispensable accessory for conveyors. It boasts high wear resistance, excellent sweeping performance, and a long service life, and is widely used in large-scale industrial enterprises with conveying equipment, such as conveyor industries, ports, power plants, and coal conveying companies.
The hard alloy sweepers come in seven types: H, P, N, O, I, TQI, and TQII, with over sixty specifications ranging from 500mm to 2200mm in width.
The H-type sweeper is installed near the head wheel, close to the tangent point at a 15-degree angle from the horizontal line of the head wheel center. It is used to remove adhered material near the head wheel.
The P-type sweeper is installed near the head wheel on a stable working surface. It is used to remove adhered materials near the bottom of the head wheel. The H and P-type sweepers are collectively referred to as the first and second stage head sweepers. They are usually used together for significant effects.
The N-type sweeper is installed on the reversible running conveyor with a smooth working surface, suitable for cleaning any part of the conveyor belt.
The O-shaped sweeper is installed on the non-working surfaces at the head and tail, used for removing adhered materials from the non-working surfaces at the head and tail.
The I-type sweeper is installed on the non-working surfaces of the reversible conveyor at the head and tail ends. It is used to remove adhered materials from the non-working surfaces at the head and tail ends.
The TQI type single-row heavy hammer cleaner is installed near the head wheel to clear adhered materials in the vicinity. It can be equivalent to the P type sweeper, reliably compensating for blade wear with automatic adjustment due to its own weight.
The TQII type double-row heavy hammer sweeper is installed near the head wheel, used for clearing adhered materials in the vicinity of the head. It is comparable to the H, P type Yuda sweeper. It reliably compensates for blade wear with its own weight.
Scrapers for the cleaner are available in both detachable and solid, long designs for customer selection.
H-shaped hard alloy sweeper is a primary head sweeper, designed to remove adhered materials near the roller of conveyance machinery.
The H-shaped hard alloy sweeper is designed for cleaning adhered materials from the head of normal vulcanization conveyors. It is installed near the head wheel, at a cutting point approximately 15 degrees from the horizontal line of the head wheel center.
